Instructor development covering BLS, Heartsaver, Pediatric, AED, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens — with hands-on skills stations, teaching drills, and classroom management coaching.
Rolled and flat impression techniques, FD-258 card completion, rejection prevention, client hand positioning, and a professional fingerprinting workflow.
Legal vs. non-legal DNA testing, buccal swab collection technique, chain-of-custody documentation, specimen labeling and packaging, and contamination prevention.
LLC, EIN, DUNS & SAM registration basics, banking, insurance, pricing, vendor and lab accounts, mobile business setup, and marketing to employers and clients.

Both days run 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM at our Stockbridge training facility.
Morning: CPR instructor overview, hands-on adult/child/infant CPR skills, AED & choking demonstrations, and instructor candidate teaching practice. Afternoon: collector responsibilities, collection site setup, DOT collection demonstration, CCF form training, problem collection scenarios (shy bladder, refusals, observed collections, temperature out of range), Non-DOT procedures, rapid testing, and mock collections.
DNA testing fundamentals and hands-on buccal swab practice with competency check, chain-of-custody documentation, ink fingerprinting training and practice, business startup essentials (LLC, EIN, DUNS, banking, insurance), mobile business setup, lab accounts and vendors, marketing basics, your student action plan, mentorship opportunities, and graduation.
